Mengapa VPN Saya kadang tidak konek?

Ada beberapa user yang vpn nya sering disconnected dan tidak mau menyambung kan kembali, ada beberapa penyebabnya yaitu :

  • Mikrotik tidak merespon dikarenakan tidak ada nya traffic
  • Koneksi jaringan yang tidak stabil
  • Bisa jadi VPN sudah expired (Pastikan lihat di Panel Area)

Untuk mengatasinya, ada beberapa cara yang kami sarankan :

  • Coba disable enable interface ovpn-client / l2tp-client.
  • Coba restart device jaringan (Modem)

Atau, agar menghindari mikrotik yang tidak merespon, kamu bisa tambah script netwatch berikut (sesuaikan dengan lokasi server yang kamu pakai) :

  • Khusus Server ID1 :
/tool netwatch
add host=172.68.75.1 comment="FreeDDNS"
  • Khusus Server ID2 :
/tool netwatch
add host=10.108.75.1 comment="FreeDDNS"
  • Khusus Server ID3 : 
/tool netwatch
add host=192.168.45.1 comment="FreeDDNS"
  • Khusus Server ID4 :
/tool netwatch
add host=10.236.45.1 comment="FreeDDNS"
  • Khusus Server SG1 : 
/tool netwatch
add host=10.103.0.1 comment="FreeDDNS"
  • Khusus Server SG2 :

  • Khusus Server SG3 :
